陳永盛，出生於基督徒家庭，大學正式委身基督。畢業後一邊工作，一邊服事。2007年到美國接受神學訓練，畢業後到紐約服事，去年開始新的教會服事。太太劉文英一起服事，兒子陳以諾，女兒陳以霖。

Steven Chen was born in a Christian family in Guangdong, China. Born again and committed to Christ during college, with other coworkers he started a house church in Guangzhou for part time ministry. He came to LA for seminary study in 2007, and came to serve in a church in NY in 2012. He joined Edge City Church in 2019. He married Wendy Liu and has a family with son Enoch and daughter Jenny.
